Finding a home should be as simple as getting an email.
Every morning a system goes through the property portals, keeps what is new and fits what you are looking for, and emails it to you, ranked and explained. To rent or to buy, in Spain and in Germany. No accounts, no app. Just email.
Write to
Where (the city and, if you like, the neighbourhoods), whether you want to rent or buy, your budget, how many rooms and what you can't do without: a lift, a balcony, pets allowed… And the rest in your own words: bright, close to the U-Bahn, good for working from home.
What you get
One email a day with the new flats that fit best, and a summary of the week on Sundays. Each one with its price, rooms, size and floor, where it is and why it made the top: under your budget, cheaper per square metre than the area average, in your neighbourhood, with what you asked for, from a private landlord. And what doesn't quite fit is flagged: slightly over budget, through an agency, or not saying whether it has a lift.
The same flat listed on several portals arrives only once, and nothing you have already seen comes back.
